The Panasonic ES-LA93-K features two linear motors. The first motor provides side to side motion, while a second motor vibrates the shaver head up and down, to achieve a very close shave. Even men with thick beards can use the Panasonic ES-LA93-K, as its 14,000 CPM motor is powerful enough to cut through thick beards without pulling the hairs and irritating the skin. A pop up trimmer is also available, for adjusting sideburns or grooming the mustache.

IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN BUY IT!!
I’ve only had the Panasonic ES-LA93-K for a week, but from the first shave, it was faster, easier, and (yes) closer than my Fusion blades. I shave “wet,” using the Billy Jealousy Hydroplane gel and I’ve had no discomfort or irritation. In about 3 minutes, I’m done and as smooth as the proverbial baby’s butt, with none of the missed spots that I would often find and need to do over again with blades. My beard is tough to shave because it grows in several different directions, but the Panasonic ES-LA93-K handles that challenge with ease. As others have noted, this shaver is smaller than it appears in photographs and it handles incredibly well…

Perfect Razor For A Difficult Face
I just got the best shave of my life– from an electric razor. I can’t believe how wonderful the Panasonic ES-LA93-K is! I used it today in the shower with some JASON shaving cream and was absolutely blown away by the results. My face feels smoother than it’s ever been after shaving– with any razor regular or electric. But best of all, I have no pain, no razor burn, and no rough patches. My face feels great…

The best shave I have ever had after nearly forty years of shaving
I have had two shaves with the Panasonic ES-LA93-K, one dry with Williams Lectric Shave, and one in the shower with pre-shave oil and shave gel. Both shaves exceeded in closeness, comfort and neatness anything I have ever experienced, ever, anytime–in a record setting 4 minutes dry and 5 minutes wet. It is more comfortable to hold, quieter, utterly pain free, and is everything I expected and much, much more…

Here are the Reported Disadvantages of the Panasonic ES-LA93-K:
- Some users have reported that the cleaning cycle is a little louder than they’ve experienced with other shavers but generally saw this as a minor issue.
- The unit has a blue LED light that flashes while its charging however it doesn’t go off when the unit is finished charging. While not a major issue users felt that the light should stop flashing to indicate charging is complete.
